Wenske Cyber Solutions is an owner-led Microsoft cloud security company based in Berlin. We build and operate security in Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Sentinel and Azure, for clients including automotive suppliers with TISAX requirements, FinTech companies under DORA, energy providers and government agencies. You work in small teams and carry direct responsibility for demanding projects.

Responsibilities
- Carry out gap assessments and security assessments in Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure
- Map findings to NIS2, ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz and derive prioritised measures
- Advise clients on security architecture and implement hardening measures together with engineering
- Present results so that management and IT can make decisions
Requirements
- Solid understanding of identities, permissions and networking in the Microsoft cloud, beyond deployment
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID and Microsoft 365, ideally also with Intune, Defender or Azure
- Self-directed way of working and a genuine interest in client contact
- Basic understanding of AI workflows and agentic work with tools such as Claude Code or Codex
- German C1 (required), English at least B2
Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or Microsoft Purview
- Certifications such as SC-100, SC-200, SC-300 or AZ-500
- Experience with BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001 or NIS2 projects

Build and operate security architecture in Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Sentinel and Azure: Conditional Access, privileged access, device compliance and detection in Microsoft Sentinel.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management and device compliance in Entra ID and Intune
- Set up Microsoft Defender XDR for devices, email and identities and tune it in operation
- Connect data sources to Microsoft Sentinel, write detection rules in KQL and turn them into evidence reports
- Build Azure landing zones and security baselines with Bicep or Terraform and secure them with Azure Policy and Defender for Cloud
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID and Azure
- Understanding of networking (VNets, firewalls, DNS) and identity concepts
- Infrastructure as code with Bicep or Terraform
- Scripting with PowerShell or Python
- Basic understanding of AI workflows and agentic work with tools such as Claude Code or Codex

Responsibilities
- Plan and run B2B marketing for our Microsoft security services
- Manage the LinkedIn company page and support sales with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Own the YouTube channel and webinars, from topic planning to follow-up
- Improve visibility in search engines (SEO) and in AI answers from ChatGPT, Copilot and Perplexity (GEO)
- Prepare and support trade fairs and events
- Produce content with AI tools: posts, graphics, video editing and landing pages
- Build reporting on reach, enquiries and campaigns and report regularly
Requirements
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally for technical products or services; for the junior level, internships or working-student experience are sufficient
- Confident writing for specialist audiences and decision makers
- Interest in IT security and Microsoft technology; you will learn the subject matter with us
- Basic understanding of AI workflows and agentic work with tools such as Claude Code or Codex
- German C1 (required), English at least B2

- Research current Microsoft security topics and prepare them for the team
Requirements
- Enrolled at university (computer science, IT security or similar)
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking or identities
- Curiosity and initiative
- Basic understanding of AI workflows and agentic work with tools such as Claude Code or Codex
- German at least B2, C1 within the foreseeable future (mandatory)
Desirable
- First experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune or scripting
- Interest in IT security beyond your coursework
